What to Expect:
In a small, supportive group (max 4 people per class) you will learn:
• Basic Pilates principles
• How to move with control and awareness
• How to connect your breath with movement
• How to safely activate and strengthen your body
This is a zero-judgement, 100% supportive learning space.
There may be some wobbles.
There will definitely be laughter.
And I will be there cheering you on in every small win along the way.
Program Structure:
This program includes 3 progressive classes designed to be taken in order:
TRY 1 – Foundations of Pilates
TRY 2 – Control & Stability
TRY 3 – Flow & Confidence
Each class builds on the previous one so you can feel more confident and comfortable with every session.
