Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Agape Pilates! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, facilities, and website. By participating in our classes or accessing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by all our terms. Please read them carefully.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS are as provided to you in writing and consented to by you in the Agape Pilates MEMBER JOINING FORM.
That form must be completed and signed prior to your first class/session.
We will send you a link to that form within 24 hours to the email, or mobile number, you provide us if you request to be a client of Agape Pilates.
The following is a summary of our general participation Terms & Conditions.
1. General Information
Agape Pilates is located in c4/19 Leeds St, Rhodes.
We offer group classes (including reformer and mat), private sessions, and equipment-based Pilates services using Reformers, Towers, Cadillacs, Chairs, and Barrels.
These terms apply to all clients, including those attending trial classes, casual sessions, and long-term programs.
2. Bookings and Cancellations
All sessions must be booked in advance via the App, a phone call, direct messaging or in person.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee or result in loss of session credit.
Classes and instructors are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Payments and Refunds
All payments must be made in advance.
Class packs and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable, except in exceptional cases at Agape Pilates’ discretion.
4. Class Package Expiry Dates
Each class pack purchased at Agape Pilates has a set expiry period from the date of purchase:
5-class pack : valid for 6 weeks
10-class pack : valid for 12 weeks
20-class pack : valid for 26 weeks
Clients are responsible for tracking their own expiry dates. Sessions not used within the expiry period will be forfeited.
The AgapePilates.Clovo.app can assist you manage your class pack expiries.
We strongly recommend downloading that App to manage your bookings and class packs.
5. Extension of Expiry Dates
Requests to extend a class package expiry must be submitted prior to the original expiry date.
Extensions may be granted for reasons including:
Medical illness or injury (doctor’s note may be required)
Travel (proof of travel may be requested)
Pregnancy or postpartum recovery
All extension requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are granted at the sole discretion of Agape Pilates.
Approved extensions will generally be for a period equivalent to the time missed, up to a maximum of:
2 weeks for 5-class packs
4 weeks for 10-class packs
8 weeks for 20-class packs
6. Health and Safety
Clients must inform Agape Pilates of any existing medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancy prior to class participation.
This is done initially in writing using the Member Joining Form and then verbally, as necessary, at the start of each class with the instructor.
Participation in Pilates sessions is at your own risk.
Agape Pilates is not responsible for injuries incurred during classes or while using our facilities.
Proper Pilates attire and non-slip socks are required for all studio sessions for both your safety and everyone's hygiene.
7. Studio Etiquette
Please arrive at least five (5) minutes prior to the class start time.
Late arrivals may not be permitted entry once the class has begun to ensure the safety and focus of all participants.
Clients are expected to treat instructors, staff, and fellow members with kindness and respect at all times.
8. Personal Information and Privacy
Agape Pilates collects personal information to provide our services, manage bookings, ensure safety, and communicate with clients.
Your personal data will not be sold or disclosed to third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
Please refer to our Privacy Policies (including specifically on the Consent section of the MEMBER JOINING FORM) for more details.
9. Changes to Terms
Agape Pilates reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website or advised via the client dedicated App, or via email to your email address on file.
